At MissBvndles, our operating hours are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

During these hours, our team manages customer enquiries, order preparation, and dispatch operations.

The time our staff needs to prepare your order before it is dispatched is called processing time. This step entails confirming payment, confirming product availability, quality checking the hair, carefully packing your order, and getting it ready for shipping. Our current processing time frame is 10 to 20 business days for processing. Please be aware that the delivery time after your package has been shipped is not included in the processing time, which is distinct from the shipping time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe for Virgin and Raw Hair within the UK is approximately 5-7 working days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 7-15 working days, depending on the destination.

Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not included in shipping time estimates. Additionally, please keep in consideration that delivery times may occasionally be longer during busy seasons, courier strike periods, or public holidays. For this reason, we advise customers to place their orders with additional time to accommodate any potential delays that may arise during these periods.

In some cases, if your selected hair is already available and ready to ship, delivery times may be quicker.

For UK orders, shipping may take approximately 2-3 working days, while international deliveries may take 5-10 working days.

Delivery Information:

  • DHL EXPRESS (Worldwide): Shipping for international orders placed outside of the UK is £30.
  • Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (UK Only): Shipping within the UK is available for £10.
    Please note that once your parcel has been shipped, it is under the responsibility of the delivery courier.
  • Drop Off Orders: Available for London orders only for £30.
